Meet the Team
A 30 year State Law Enforcement Veteran and a proven leader bringing Management and Leadership skills into the Private sector. Having COO and CEO experience in the Automotive and Manufacturing Industry with a focus on Customer Service and Accountability. The goal of providing tools that encourage innovative thinking and solutions within FX Lighting is at the forefront of everything.
A former Air Force Officer and a proven sales leader with an established track record of success at growing revenue, profitability, and market share in competitive business environments with iconic brands like GE, Hubbell, IDEAL, CREE. Adept at defining business problems, creating sound strategies, and driving those plans into tangible results. Effective at building and mentoring high-performance teams.
Chen Lin was born and raised in China. She came to US in 2009, and graduated with Masters of Science in Accounting from University of Texas in Dallas in 2011. She has more than 9 years of professional accounting experience in the manufacturing industry. She has been with FX lighting since 2015. She and her husband have three children. In her spare time, Chen enjoys reading and supporting her children’s activities.
Sales Enablement Manager
Neil Tolley currently oversees the Operations team while managing Business Development in the Tarheel state of NC. A native of Durham, NC, Neil attended the University of North Carolina. He graduated with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Sustainability Studies. He has been with FX Lighting since 2014 where he began as the Warehouse Manager.
Doug Roberson was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. He attended Trine University in Angola, IN and graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Finance. He has worked for three manufacturers of data and voice communication products building and managing channel sales teams throughout the USA. He has been with Fintronx for eight years working with channel representatives, distributors, contractors and end users.
Experienced Sales Manager with over a decade of history of working in the Industrial LED lighting industry. Facilitated upfitting over 20 million square feet of industrial facilities lighting. Strong sales professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused in Finance, General from North Carolina State University.

Paul obtained his engineering degree from the University of Minnesota, Institute of technology and received his MBA from Aspen University. His experience includes marketing, product & sales management serving process, automation and commercial industries. Market experience includes Industrial, F&B, Medical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and other areas.

Jerry is a multi-disciplined Sales and Marketing Professional creating demand and driving sales of Customer Focused Lighting Specifications, Energy Saving Applications and Eco-Conscious LED Solutions. Jerry joined FX Lighting in 2020 as the Region Business Development Manager for the South Central and Rocky Mountain Regions. Jerry brings an extensive background in Commercial and Industrial Lighting. Jerry attained LC (Lighting Certified) designation in 2005 and is an accredited Six Sigma Quality Black Belt. Jerry earned a BS degree from Letourneau University in Longview, Texas. Jerry is a singer/drummer/musician, golfer, husband and father of 3 adult sons.

FX Lighting fixtures have IP ratings certifications. IP classifies the degrees of protection provided against the intrusion of solid objects (including body parts like hands and fingers), dust, accidental contact, and water in electrical enclosures.
